You'll lead the development of our contact and company database using a search, engage, validate method — researching companies, reaching out to the right contacts, and verifying the details — to produce the high-fit account and contact data that every downstream sales activity depends on. It's a foundational role: closely guided, working against clear, well-defined tasks, with no prior sales experience required.
Do it well, and it proves you're ready to move into a full sales seat with clear growth paths ahead.
Responsibilities
- Identify high-fit accounts and contacts using approved segment criteria
- Create and maintain clean company & contact records
- Verify role, seniority, and contact-ability before a lead moves downstream
- Draft outreach for review
- Prepare research briefs ahead of scheduled calls and meetings
Must Have
- Graduate, or in the final year of a degree (any discipline)
- Strong written and spoken English for US-facing outreach
- Comfortable with AI, Spreadsheets and CRM Tools
- Accurate, high-volume repetitive work
Nice to have
- Graduation or Post Graduation in Business specialising in Sales
- Strong Research & Verification Background
- Strong AI Prompt Engineering skills
- Comfortable using AI tools for research and first drafts

AI is a tool you'll use daily — not a replacement for judgment. You'll use it for account research, first-draft outreach, and call prep, and you're expected to verify anything AI generates (company details, headcounts, job titles) against a real source before it goes into a record.

- Shift — 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM IST (subject to change based on business needs)
- Probation — 6-month probation period from the start date
