TERMS OF SERVICE PROTOCOL.

1.0 Operational Acknowledgment

By accessing The Infinity Group Hub and its associated execution nodes (Infinity Enterprise, Infinity Studio, Infinity GCA), you enter into a binding agreement with The Infinity Consulting & Holding Inc. ("The Firm"). Access to our operational portals is strictly monitored and governed by these terms.

2.0 Execution Nodes & Subdomains

The Hub serves as a central router. Engagement with specific operational arms (/TECH, /PROD, /VAULT) may require secondary Master Service Agreements (MSAs) or Statements of Work (SOWs). In the event of a conflict between these Terms and a ratified MSA, the terms of the specific MSA shall supersede.

3.0 Intellectual Property Retention

Clients retain 100% ownership of all proprietary data, code, and assets submitted to The Firm for execution, unless explicitly structured otherwise in a Venture Studio equity agreement. The Firm retains all rights to its internal methodologies, frameworks, and deployment architectures utilized to execute client deliverables.

4.0 Limitation of Liability

The Firm operates under a strict US Corporate shield. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, The Infinity Consulting & Holding Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use of our digital platforms or execution pipelines.

5.0 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Delaware.
